A9 Phyrnautobahn (Phyrn Motoway) toward Graz Süd – through Plabutschtunnel – at the roundabout Graz Webling take exit Strassgang – merge onto Kärntnerstrasse – our inn is about 2 km (=1.2 mi) on the right-hand side below the Strassganger church.
From Vienna/Hungary and Carinthia/Italy
A2 Südautobahn (South Motoway) toward Graz West – take exit Seiersberg - at the first roundabout take exit Strassgang - merge onto Maria Pfeiffer Strasse - at the second roundabout take exit Strassgang - merge onto Gradnerstrasse –at the first junction turn right – and then you see our inn below the Strassganger church.
From Slovenia
A9 Phyrnautobahn (Phyrn Motoway) toward Graz West - take exit Seiersberg - at the first roundabout take exit Strassgang - merge onto Maria Pfeiffer Strasse - at the second roundabout take exit Strassgang - merge onto Gradnerstrasse and follow it until the crossroads with Kärntnerstrasse – turn right and then you see our inn below the Strassganger church.

Arriving by bike
Follow the bycicle route R2 along the Mur (Murradwanderweg) as far as Puntigam Bridge (Puntigamer Brücke). Turn into Puntigamer Street (Puntigamer Strasse). In 1.3 km (0.8 mi) at the (third) road junction turn left into Triester Strasse and shortly after turn right into Mitterstrasse. Follow Mitterstrasse and at the first roundabout take the first exit Strassgang. Follow Gradnerstrasse about 2.5 km (1.5 mi) until the crossroads with Kärntnerstrasse. To the right you see our inn below the Strassganger church. The total distance between Puntigam Bridge and our inn amounts to 4 km (=2.5 mi).
Arriving by public transport
From the town centre (6 km = 3.7 mi):
Take the bus No.32 from the bus stop Jakominiplatz (a big square, final stop for many buses). In about 20 min. get off the bus at the "Strassgang Zentrum" bus stop.

From the airport Graz Thalerhof (10 km=6.2 mi):
The bus stop is located opposite the passenger terminal in the arrivals area. Take the regional bus No. 630 or 650 to Berschenygasse bus stop. Then get on the bus No. 62 to the “Strassgang Zentrum” bus stop. To receive further information, follow this link verbundlinie.at/busbahnbim-auskunft.
You can also take a taxi for about €15.
Hauptbahnhof - Meyers Gasthof, Fam. Orthacker (Entfernung: 6km)
- Take the bus No.50 to the Gürtelturmplatz bus stop. There, cross Eggenbergergürtel Street and turn right. Follow Eggenbergergürtel until it merges into Lazaretgasse Street to get to another bus stop for the bus No.32. In about 15 min. get off the bus No.32 at the "Strassgang Zentrum" bus stop.
- On Sunday and Public Holidays please take a tram to the town centre (line 1, 3, 6, 7) and get off at Jakominiplatz. Take the bus No.32 and in about 20 min. get off the bus at the "Strassgang Zentrum" bus stop.
- As an alternative you can take the city train (S-Bahn) to Don Bosco train station. There, get on the bus No. 32 to the "Strassgang Zentrum" bus stop. Or you can go by train to the train station Strassgang (Bahnhof Strassgang) and walk for about 800 m (=0.5 mi).
